Abstract

Zusammenfassung Da kann das Unternehmen noch so großartig, der neue Anzug noch so schick, die Motivation noch so hoch sein – wenn sich ein Praktikant wochenlang allein durch seine Aufgabengebiete schlagen und um jede Zuwendung von Kollegen betteln muss, kann der Anfangselan bald in Frust umschlagen. Idealerweise hast du deshalb einen Betreuer, an den du dich jederzeit wenden kannst, der dich von Beginn an unter seine Fittiche nimmt, dir am ersten Tag die Kollegen vorstellt und den zukünftigen Arbeitsplatz zeigt. Gerade in größeren Unternehmen, wo Neulinge schon mal untergehen können zwischen all den Angestellten, Abteilungen und Arbeitsabläufen, ist eine solche Bezugsperson fast unerlässlich.
