Abstract

Zusammenfassung ESG – eine Abkürzung, die in den letzten Monaten und Jahren nahezu inflationär gebraucht wird und uns in vielerlei Zusammenhang begegnet. Doch was verbirgt sich hinter dieser Abkürzung und in welcher Weise können die damit verbundenen Werte und Ziele auch tatsächlich in die Unternehmenskultur Einzug halten? Der folgende Beitrag soll einen Überblick darüber geben, wie ESG-Komponenten sinnvoll in der Vergütung von Organen, Führungskräften und Arbeitnehmern berücksichtigt werden können und welchen Mehrwert ein Unternehmen daraus ziehen kann.
