Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird erläutert, was unter Online-Lebensmittelhandel und dem oft synonym verwendeten Begriff „E-Food“ verstanden wird und mit welchen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten das Thema in den letzten Jahren diskutiert wurde. Im Anschluss werden Fragen zur Anbieter- und Kundenseite sowie Fragen aus Sicht des Handels und der Konsumgüterhersteller formuliert, die in den weiteren Kapiteln behandelt werden.
