Abstract

Zusammenfassung Behörden müssen ihre Ziele den neuen Kommunikationsbedingungen der digitalen Welt anpassen. Auf dieser Basis sollte ein Kommunikationscontrolling implementiert werden, welches auch dazu beiträgt, die digitalen Kommunikationsprozesse besser zu steuern und zudem rasch auf Probleme reagieren zu können. Performance Measurement Systeme sollten daher insbesondere ein übergreifendes Gesamtbild über unterschiedliche digitale Kommunikationsräume (Webräume) geben können. Das ‚Three Places Modell‘, das wir in diesem Kapitel vorstellen, könnte hierfür ein passender Ansatz sein.
