Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitale Kommunikation unterliegt permanenter Veränderung. Für digitale Kommunikationsmaßnahmen ist es deshalb erforderlich, neue und an die digitale Welt angepasste Kennzahlensysteme zu entwickeln, die in ein gegebenenfalls bereits bestehendes Kommunikationscontrolling integriert werden können. In diesem Kapitel gehen wir neben dem zentralen Aspekt der Kennzahlenentwicklung außerdem auf die Punkte ‚Datenintegrität‘, ‚Datenmengen‘ ‚Datenaktualität‘ sowie auf das Thema ‚Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit‘ ein.
