Abstract

Zusammenfassung Marketing, Vertrieb und der Chief Digital Officer (CDO) bilden zusammen das Erfolgstrio für eine nachhaltige Zukunft. Ziel ist es sich der schnelllebigen und disruptiven Welt ständig anzupassen. Zukunftsträchtige Strategien gilt es zu entwickeln. Gleich drei der wichtigsten Unternehmensbereiche werden hier abgedeckt, die sich intensiv mit folgenden Aufgaben auseinandersetzen: Die Schaffung von relevantem Content für die Kunden. Die Verbreitung dieser Inhalte über TouchpointsTouchpoints. Die digitale TransformationTransformation des Unternehmens, welche der CDO vorantreibt.
