Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es wäre unglaubwürdig zu behaupten, dass die Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen konfliktfrei verläuft. Veränderung fällt den Menschen oft schwer, vor allem, wenn sie von anderen eingefordert wird. Es sollte deshalb das Ziel der Treiber:innen des Wandels sein, die Beteiligten frühzeitig einzubeziehen und zu einem zentralen Teil der Umgestaltung zu machen. So können viele Widerstände vermieden werden – aber leider nicht alle: Es wird immer wieder Beschäftigte geben, die sich weigern oder kein Interesse daran haben, sich aktiv einzubringen. Doch auch diesen Menschen kann man sich annähern und gemeinsam einen Weg finden, der das weitere Vorgehen ermöglicht. Dieses Kapitel bietet Denkanstöße für ein besseres Verständnis der Gründe für Widerstand und Tipps für den Umgang mit diesem.
