Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Prozess wurde erhoben, abgebildet und die verschiedenen Aspekte genau untersucht. Nun kommt der Zeitpunkt, an der Verbesserung des Prozesses zu arbeiten, Schwachstellen zu beseitigen und die Vorteile der Digitalisierung zu nutzen. Dazu empfiehlt sich die Durchführung eines Workshops, an dem das Prozessteam und alle relevanten Beteiligten mitwirken. Aber wie organisiert man einen solchen Workshop? Wer sollte daran teilnehmen? Und wie sorgt man für eine möglichst große Motivation bei den Beteiligten? Dieses Kapitel bietet eine ausführliche Beispiel-Agenda mit empfohlenen Zeitangaben, Vorlagen für Protokolle und gemeinsame Workshop-Regeln. Außerdem gibt es Tipps für die Umsetzung der beschlossenen Optimierungen und die Suche nach einer geeigneten Software-Lösung.
