Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Wissen über den Ablauf und die Schwachstellen von Prozessen liegt in den dafür zuständigen Fachbereichen. Nun erfordert die Verbesserung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen eine Vielzahl an Kompetenzen, die nicht von allen Beschäftigten erwartet werden kann. Um trotzdem eine flächendeckende Prozessoptimierung zu ermöglichen, empfiehlt sich die Etablierung eines Prozessteams. Dieses kann in der strategischen Planung, der Analyse von Prozessen und der Durchführung von Workshops ausgebildet werden, um die Fachbereiche systematisch darin zu unterstützen. Der erste Schritt dieser Zusammenarbeit ist die Erhebung und Abbildung der Prozesse, denn nur, wenn ihr Ablauf bekannt und sichtbar ist, kann er auch verbessert werden. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Prozesse mit der Unterstützung von Prozessteams erfolgreich aufgesetzt werden können.
