Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die drei gerade aufgezeigten und eingeordneten Pflichten, die jeweils durch eine Bereitstellung zu erfüllen sind, unterscheiden sich zunächst in ihrem sachlichen Umfang. Es geht im Folgenden somit darum, zu ermitteln, was konkret bereitgestellt werden muss, bevor unter Punkt 4. diskutiert wird, wie, d. h. in welcher Form, die Bereitstellung erfolgen kann. Der Umfang der Bereitstellungspflichten ergibt sich aus den jeweiligen Vertragstypen sowie aus den verschiedenen Normen der §§ 327 ff. BGB.
