Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem im zweiten Kapitel die Vorteile und Möglichkeiten des RPA-Einsatzes im Fokus standen, erfolgt jetzt ein Schritt zur Seite: die Darstellung der aktuellen Wettbewerbssituation im Bankenbereich. Im Anschluss steht die Aufbereitung traditioneller Wettbewerbsstrategien einschließlich deren Reflexion für den Bankensektor an. Auf diesen Ergebnissen basierend, erfolgt eine Weiterentwicklung möglicher erfolgversprechender Ausrichtungen im Wettbewerb. Abschließend wird die Verwendung der RPA zur Positionierung im aktuellen Wettbewerbsumfeld präsentiert.
