Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die konkrete Verhaltensgestaltung entlang der (in den vorherigen Kapiteln) relevanten Kategorien: Sendende, Aufgabe, Nutzende, sozialer und technischer Kontext sowie Trigger bzw. Auslöser, die Verhalten vereinfachen, motivieren oder erinnern können. Es werden eine Vielzahl Auslöser mit Bezug zu diesen Charakteristiken beschrieben und erklärt. Zudem wird die Trigger-Entwicklung und -Auswahl für eine zielgerichtete Gestaltung in den Kontext der User Journey gesetzt. Nudging und Gamification sind als bereits bekannte Verhaltens-Design-Strategien ebenfalls Thema.
