Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Ende jeder strategischen Analyse müssen konkrete Handlungen stehen. In Anlehnung an die Praktische Philosophie lassen sich Handlungen grob in die drei Segmente Motivation, die Handlung selbst und ihre Folgen unterteilen. Das Kapitel soll Strategieverantwortliche sensibilisieren, sich bei Handlungsempfehlungen über alle drei Segment Gedanken zu machen. Dabei geht es immer um die Kernfrage, ob die Absichten über die Handlungen zu den gewünschten Folgen führen, also zum Beispiel Klimaproteste bei besten Absichten zur Begrenzung des Klimawandels führen. Strategieverantwortliche müssen sich solche aus der Philosophie stammenden Fragen stellen, wenn ihre Strategien wirksam sein sollen.
