Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Veränderungen in der Finanzbranche haben Auswirkungen auf die Anforderungen und die Gestaltung einer zeitgemäßen Ausbildung von kreditwirtschaftlichem Nachwuchs. Dabei nehmen die Themen Demografischer Wandel, Fachkräftemangel und Digitalisierung einen wichtigen Raum ein. Die seit 2020 geltende Ausbildungsordnung für den Beruf Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau trägt diesen Anforderungen in verschiedenen Aspekten Rechnung, die Anbieter von Bildungsleistungen müssen dies ebenso umsetzen und flexibel auf Neuerungen reagieren.
