Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Kapitel werden zentrale Begriffe und Konzepte des Finanzmanagements in NPO vorgestellt. Ausgegangen wird von drei allgemeingültigen Finanzierungszielen für NPO, gleichwohl die Gewichtung der drei Ziele für jede Organisation unterschiedlich ausfällt. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie durch eine klare Finanzpolitik übergeordnete Grundsätze für das Finanzmanagement definiert werden können. Dadurch gelingt es einer NPO, ihren Organisationszweck einerseits mit dem Finanzmanagement anderseits zu verbinden. Schlussendlich wird in dem Kapitel beleuchtet, wie mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen eine systematische Finanzanalyse entlang der definierten Finanzziele möglich wird.
