Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden Sie in die Bedeutung eines systematischen, strukturierten, plan- und zielgerichteten Finanzmanagements in Non-Profit-Organisationen eingeführt. Ausgegangen wird von einer systematischen Unterschätzung des Finanzmanagements in Non-Profit-Organisationen. In Zeiten stagnierender Spenden und staatlicher Kosteneinsparungen gewinnen die Planung und zukünftige Sicherstellung von finanziellen Ressourcen entscheidend an Bedeutung. Spezifisches Finanzmanagement wird daher für eine wirksame Zweckerfüllung und den nachhaltigen Bestand von Non-Profit-Organisationen unerlässlich.
