Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Grenzen der Freiheit, nach Gewinn zu streben, sind zu weit gezogen. Sie muss durch gesetzliche Gebote und Verbote eingeschränkt werden. Werbung muss auf ein erträgliches Maß zurückgeführt werden. Lobbying muss grundsätzlich verboten werden. Der Verbraucherschutz und der Umwelt- und Klimaschutz müssen erheblich weiter ausgebaut werden. Dem Missbrauch von Werkverträgen und der Scheinselbstständigkeit muss ein Riegel vorgeschoben werden. Importe aus Billiglohnländern, die unter Bedingungen hergestellt werden, die nicht den von der ILO festgelegten Mindestnormen entsprechen, müssen verboten werden. Spekulationsgeschäfte, die gesamtwirtschaftliche Risiken enthalten, müssen verboten werden. Diese Verbote widersprechen nicht den Forderungen des Wirtschaftsliberalismus nach der Freiheit wirtschaftlicher Betätigung. Vielmehr verleihen sie dieser Freiheit ihre Berechtigung, indem sie den Missbrauch eben dieser Freiheit verhindern.
