Abstract

Zusammenfassung Taktische politische Risiken folgen aus der Strategie des Unternehmens, verändern diese aber nicht. Wir zeigen die Handlungsoptionen für den Umgang mit solchen Risiken auf und stellen einen Ansatz vor, anhand dessen die optimale Option auszuwählen ist. Da politische Risiken von Menschen verursacht werden, ist es dabei wichtig, die Verhandlungsposition des Unternehmens zu kennen. Abschließend zeigen wir auf, wie das Management taktischer politischer Risiken im Unternehmen organisatorisch verankert wird.
