Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit einer zunehmenden Vernetzung durch onlinebasierte Medien und einer fast selbstverständlichen Nutzung digitaler Angebote im Alltags- und Berufsleben verringern sich die Kosten und Zugangsbarrieren für Kommunikationstools mehr und mehr. Beschränkender Faktor ist heute also nicht mehr der Zugang zu den Medien. Es sind die Relevanz und der Grad an Aufmerksamkeit, die darüber bestimmen, ob und wie wir Informationen aufnehmen und verarbeiten können. Relevanzfilter und Aufmerksamkeitstrigger zu kennen ist deshalb auch in der Internen Kommunikation von großem Wert.
