Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie kann Interne Kommunikation dazu beitragen, das Engagement von Mitarbeitenden aufrechtzuerhalten und zu fördern? Ganz sicher ist diese Frage eine der wichtigsten, die es derzeit zu beantworten gilt, und vermutlich gibt es kein Unternehmen, das sich mit diesem Thema nicht schon beschäftigt hat. Bei der Suche nach Antworten empfehle ich einen Blick auf die Funktionsweise des menschlichen Gehirns und die essenziellen Bedürfnisse, die wir alle haben. Denn um engagiert und motiviert unserer Arbeit nachgehen zu können, müssen im ersten Schritt unsere Grundbedürfnisse erfüllt sein.
