Abstract

Zusammenfassung Interne Kommunikation ist für die Unternehmensentwicklung so etwas wie eine geheime Zutat. Sie entfaltet besondere Kraft und Wirkung, wenn sie strategisch gedacht und ganzheitlich in die Organisationsentwicklung eingebettet wird. Wird dann der Fokus auf konkrete Ziele gerichtet, auch wenn diese noch in der Ferne liegen, kann sie mit passenden Tools und Maßnahmen sowie unterstützendem Storytelling zur Zielerreichung beitragen.
