Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag untersucht, in welcher Form agile Organisationsdesigns eine geeignete Form der Strukturgestaltung in Zeiten digitaler Transformation darstellen und welche Aspekte hierbei zu berücksichtigen sind. Hierbei wird nach einer Beschreibung des Phänomens der VUCA-Welt der Agilitätsbegriff erörtert und das Konzept der Agilen Organisation über das Oszillationsfeld der Sensing-Responding/Stabilisierungs-Entwicklungs-Matrix näher vorgestellt. In einem dritten Teil werden anhand des Organisationsdesignmodells von Nagel das Konzept der Agilen Organisation operationalisiert und beispielhaft erläutert.
