Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden praktische Anweisungen und Erklärungen zum Aufbau eines guten Pitch-Decks gegeben. Dabei werden die gewonnenen Informationen aus dem Analyze-Kapitel genutzt, um die Zielgruppe adäquat ansprechen zu können. Mit den beiden zentralen Techniken „Storytelling“ und „rhetorisches Dreieck“ vermittelt das Kapitel wichtige Werkzeuge, die sich die Leser*innen aneignen. Ausgestattet mit diesen Werkzeugen, beleuchtet das Kapitel die zwölf Pitch-Deck-Slides, die als Grundgerüst in zahlreichen Wettbewerbsformaten vorkommen. Am Ende des Produce-Kapitels haben die Leser*innen das Wissen für ein solides Basis-Pitch-Deck, mit dem sie sich auf zukünftige Wettbewerbe vorbereiten können.
