Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden die folgenden Fragen diskutiert: Welche Rolle spielen die traditionellen Geschlechterstereotype für Frauen in Führungspositionen? Führen Frauen anders als Männer? Führen Männer erfolgreicher als Frauen? Wie ergeht es Frauen, wenn sie als Führungskräfte in der Minderheit sind? Wofür steht die Metapher der „gläsernen Klippe“?
