Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Basisleistung einer CIB-Analyse ist die Erstellung einer Gruppe von Szenarien, die zusammengenommen die Bandbreite der möglichen Zukunftsentwicklungen des Systems veranschaulichen. Die Szenarien zusammengenommen werden als Szenarien-Portfolio der Matrix bezeichnet. Für viele Anwendungsfälle genügt dieses unmittelbare Ergebnis und die CIB-Analyse ist dann an diesem Punkt beendet. Eine weiterreichende Zielsetzung kann aber auch sein, durch die CIB-Analyse Erkenntnisse über das untersuchte System zu gewinnen. Dies erfordert eine analytische und interpretative Auseinandersetzung mit dem Portfolio und mit der Matrix, aus der es sich ableitet. Als Unterstützung für diesen Fall beschreibt dieses Kapitel eine Reihe von typischen Analysemethoden, mit denen das Ziel, die CIB-Ergebnisse in Systemeinsichten umzusetzen, verfolgt werden kann, indem die Resultate so aufbereitet werden, dass sie einen gehaltvollen Input für die Systemreflektion ermöglichen.
