Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vertragsverhandlungen sind von großer praktischer Bedeutung. Erkenntnisse über die Funktionsweise von Vertragsverhandlungen und ihre Umsetzung in Taktiken und Strategien können helfen, überhaupt zu einer Einigung zu kommen, bessere Verhandlungsergebnisse zu erzielen oder auch eine überlegte Entscheidung gegen eine Einigung zu fällen. In diesem Kapitel wird eine Einführung in das Werk gegeben.
