Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird die Bedeutung von Investor Relations (IR) erläutert, welche Aktivitäten wie Kommunikation und Informationsbereitstellung für Investoren und Finanzgemeinschaft umfassen. Hauptziele sind Vertrauensbildung, angemessene Unternehmensbewertung und offener Dialog mit Investoren. Institutionelle Investoren, Analysten und Kleinanleger sind Hauptstakeholder. Für effektive IR-Aktivitäten sind Transparenz, regelmäßige Kommunikation und Best-Practice-Ansätze wichtig. Digitale Technologien und soziale Medien haben IR-Praktiken verändert, indem sie die Verbreitung von Informationen, das Erreichen einer breiteren Zielgruppe und die Interaktion über Online-Plattformen ermöglichen.
