Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Implementierung von KI-Systemen wie ChatGPT in dem Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens ist mit einigen Herausforderungen und Risiken verbunden. Eine der Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, die Anpassung an organisationale Veränderungen und Prozesse zu bewältigen. Dazu gehört das Change Management, um sowohl Führungskräfte als auch Mitarbeiter von der Notwendigkeit und den Vorteilen der KI-Nutzung zu überzeugen. Dabei sollten klare Richtlinien und Standards für die KI-Nutzung entwickelt werden, um die Implementierung und den Betrieb von KI-Systemen zu steuern.
