Abstract

This insight is based on the philosophy of inspiring people to work together by arousing in them a desire that is conducive to a common goal. If the chemistry is right in a team, outstanding results are achieved and problems are solved within a short time, communication is more effective and customer satisfaction is higher. Top teams are characterized by their constant striving for improvement of standards and for an increase in quality standards.
