Abstract

Zusammenfassung Monika Vasconcelles ist seit Oktober 2020 Leiterin Finanzen, Controlling und bei Menu and More AG. Im Gespräch mit Ulrich Egle beschreibt sie, welchen Nutzen Agilität für das Unternehmen, die Führungskräfte, die Finanzfunktion und die Mitarbeitenden bringt. Frau Vasconcelles schildert, wie die Überführung von einer hierarchischen Organisation zu einer agilen Organisation gelingt und wann der Chefkoch agil sein darf.
