Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch die digitale Transformation getrieben, ist Agilität ein wichtiges Führungs- und Organisationsprinzip, um auch in neuen digitalen Märkten erfolgreich zu sein. Die agile Transformation wird zu einem wesentlichen Eckpfeiler einer erfolgreichen digitalen Transformation. Das Medienunternehmen Ringier bewegt sich in einem globalen Marktumfeld, das zunehmend an Dynamik gewinnt. Umso wichtiger ist die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der Finanzorganisation durch agile und digitale Methoden.
