Zusammenfassung Dominik Heitzmann ist dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) und seit Januar 2019 CFO der UZH Foundation. Im Gespräch mit Imke Keimer erklärt er den Wandel der Finanzfunktion im agilen Kontext. Dabei stellt er den Daten-Mindset in den Fokus und geht auf die Veränderung der Kompetenzen ein.
