Zusammenfassung Mit diesem Satz wollte Drucker nicht zum Ausdruck bringen, dass Strategie keine Bedeutung hat. Er wollte vielmehr darauf hinweisen, wie wichtig eine starke und positive Kultur für das Unternehmen ist.
