Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmenden Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt beschäftigt sich dieses Kapitel damit, wie digitale Kompetenzen in Arbeitsprojekten im Bildungsbereich erworben werden. Es wird ein innovatives digitales Projekt geschildert, in dem eine Lernumgebung auf Basis der Technologien Virtual Reality und Photogrammetrie konzipiert und implementiert wurde. Dabei werden die Anforderungen, Entwicklungsabläufe und Lernprozesse dargestellt und reflektiert. Es zeigte sich, dass das geschilderte Projekt vielfältige Anforderungen an Bildungswissenschaftlerinnen und Bildungswissenschaftler stellte. Ein digitales Mindset schien eine nötige, aber nicht hinreichende Bedingung für das Gelingen des Projekts zu sein, in dem vor allem ein Kompetenzaufbau erfolgen musste. Aus der Schilderung der im Projekt aufgetretenen Entwicklungsabläufe und Lernprozesse ergeben sich darüber hinaus nützliche Erkenntnisse für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter innovativer digitaler Projekte im Bildungsbereich.
