Das Digital Mindset als essenzieller Bestandteil von Future Skills

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zuge der vierten industriellen Revolution werden sog. Future Skills immer wichtiger, um auch in Zukunft wirtschaftlich und gesellschaftlich erfolgreich zu bleiben. Viele Autor:innen haben zu diesem Thema publiziert und benutzen den Begriff Future Skills als Umschreibung für unterschiedliche Kompetenzen. Dieser Umstand bereitet Schwierigkeiten, wenn es darum geht, die Gesellschaft durch Aus- und Fortbildungsmaßnahmen in Future Skills zu schulen. Dieser Beitrag dient einerseits der Sammlung der Kompetenzen, die in der Wissenschaft mit dem Mantel Future Skills umschrieben werden, mithilfe eines Systematic Literatur Reviews, sowie derer Klassifizierung gemäß des ESCO-Frameworks der Europäischen Kommission. Es wird deutlich, dass ein großer Anteil der geforderten Future Skills mit dem sog. Digital Mindset einhergehen, was sich somit als essenzieller Bestandteil künftig immer wichtig werdender Kompetenzen erweist.
