Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach einer theoretischen Aufarbeitung im ersten Kapitel und praxisorientierten Ausführungen im zweiten Kapitel folgt im dritten und letzten Kapitel ein ebenso unkompliziertes wie spannendes Frage-Antwort-Format. Jetzt gehört die Bühne ausgewiesenen Expert:innen. Ihr kollektives Wissen sowie die jahrelange Berufs- und Lebenserfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting, Executive Coaching und Consulting, Kommunikation, Krisenmanagement und Unternehmensführung – und das mitten im KMU-Umfeld – rundet dieses Buch ab. Die Gesprächspartnerinnen und -partner erzählen aus dem Alltag, aus der Praxis, aus dem Nähkästchen, aus dem Leben eben.
