Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die technologisch getriebene Disruption in der Automobilindustrie in Verbindung mit signifikanten geopolitischen Verwerfungen werden es erforderlich machen, dass Unternehmen ihre Art und Weise verändern, wie sie Wertschöpfung erbringen. Die formulierten fünf Hypothesen sind für alle Unternehmen in der Automobilindustrie gültig, unabhängig von deren Rechtsform, Position in der Wertschöpfungskette oder Größe. Der Stellenwert des Projektmanagements muss erhöht und Fähigkeiten entwickeln werden, Daten in Projekten nutzbar zu machen. Strukturell wird ein harter Projektabschluss durch eine Lifetime-Ownership der Projektleiter abgelöst. Dabei werden sich Projekte regional stärker fokussieren und eine ‚Globalisierung Light‘ zum Standard erheben. Die Verbindung von Unternehmen zu kollaborativen Wertschöpfungsnetzwerken wird alle darin enthaltenen Unternehmen in Summe und für sich stärken.
