Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Fähigkeit, Projekte innerhalb der gültigen Zielgrößen umzusetzen, wird sich als überlebenswichtig in der Automobilindustrie erweisen. Intensivierte technologische Disruption, volatile geopolitische Rahmenbedingungen und neue Möglichkeiten, den Lifetime Value eines Fahrzeugs zu erhöhen, sind externe Druckpunkte auf etablierte Organisationen. Eine konsequente Fokussierung auf den Projekterfolg wird erforderlich sein. Andernfalls wird es nicht gelingen, den notwendigen Kapitalbedarf für die Innovationen selbst zu erwirtschaften und jene Fähigkeiten aufzubauen, die für den langfristigen Erfolg notwendig sind. Startpunkt für jegliche Anpassung ist die solide Strategie des eigenen Unternehmens. Aus dieser leiten sich jene Handlungsfelder ab, die im Fokus der Projektmanagement-Transformation stehen.
