Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das vorliegende Buchprojekt verfolgt das konzeptionelle Ziel, das in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Forschung bereits etablierte Konstrukt der Unternehmerischen Führung und Kultur auf die Besonderheiten von NPO anzupassen. Dazu wurden empirisch zwei Wege verfolgt: Zum einen wurden Fallstudien von Organisationen mit charakteristischen Merkmalen unternehmerischer Führung identifiziert und porträtiert. Zum anderen wurden Befragungen von Stichproben ausgewählter Teilbereiche des Dritten Sektors der Schweiz durchgeführt, um die Erkenntnisse aus den Fallstudien auf annähernd repräsentativer Basis zu erhärten.
