Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor wir mit dem Natural-Leadership-Modell beginnen, noch ein wenig Basiswissen. Denn ohne Fundament kein Haus, geschweige denn ein Palast. Logisch, oder? Erstaunlich, dass viele Führungskonzepte dies entweder außer Acht lassen, oder einfach voraussetzen. Erfahrungsgemäß ist das Wissen bzw. das Bewusstsein darüber, wie unser Gehirn wirklich arbeitet erstaunlich sekundär. Auch hier ist häufig das reine Wissen weniger das Problem. Es wir oft einfach gar nicht erst in Beziehung zum eigenen Verhalten gesetzt. Paradox.
