Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Case Study stellt am Beispiel des Unternehmens Swiss Life Asset Managers dar, wie sich verantwortliches Anlegen im Bereich des Immobilien Asset Management von der Definition der Strategie auf Unternehmensebene bis zur konkreten Umsetzung auf der Investmentebene gestalten lässt und welche Herausforderungen dabei zu meistern sind. Dabei wird aufgezeigt, wie die Einbeziehung von Umweltaspekten (Environmental – „E“), sozialen Fragen (Social – „S“) und guter Unternehmensführung (Governance – „G“) bei den Anlageentscheidungen zu der eigenen unternehmerischen Verantwortung passt. Konkret wird mit Beispielfällen erläutert, wie die Umsetzung von ESG-Maßnahmen im Immobilien-Asset-Management-Bereich erfolgt. Dabei werden die Herausforderungen für das Immobilien Asset Management beleuchtet, insbesondere die Verfügbarkeit von verlässlichen und vergleichbaren Daten.
