Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zu Beginn sei klargestellt, dass die beiden Grundrechte, die die Medien einerseits und die Wissenschaft andererseits schützen, nicht angetastet werden dürfen. An der Pressefreiheit und der Freiheit von Wissenschaft und Forschung darf nicht gerüttelt werden. Die Reformen, die zum Abschluss dieses Buches vorgeschlagen werden, sind nicht kompliziert und überhaupt wird der Teil, der sich mit der Lösung des Problems der „leichten Lösungen“ befasst, sehr kurz ausfallen.
