Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zuge der Kommerzialisierung des Fußballs werden Vereine zunehmend wie Unternehmen geführt. In der 1. Bundesliga z. B. sind nur noch vier Vereine in ihrer ursprünglichen Form als e. V. organisiert (Saison 2022/23). Dieses Kapitel zeigt anhand verschiedener Vereine auf, welche Rechtsformen im nationalen und internationalen Fußball existieren und wie es um deren wirtschaftliche Situation bestellt ist.
