Abstract

Zusammenfassung Produktion ist das Zentrum der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung und liegt zwischen der Beschaffungs- und Marketingfunktion (Abb. 4.1). Die Produktion ist der Prozess der Fertigung und der Herstellung von Produkten oder auch Dienstleistungen, die an die Kunden verkauft werden. Die Produktion ist ein zentraler Teil der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung (Wöhe und Döring 2013).
