Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Fragestellung, ob die Digitalisierung den Menschen als Arbeitskraft ersetzen kann und wird, bleibt wohl ein Diskussionsthema. Fest steht, dass sich die Anforderungen an Unternehmen weiter verändern werden, dass die Arbeitswelt daraus einen Wandel erfahren wird, und zwar ganz allgemein und auch sehr konkret, für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende. Ein Ende der Arbeit und das vollständige Ablösen des Menschen durch Maschinen und Roboter ist aus aktueller Sicht jedoch nicht zu erwarten. Zusammenfassend werden im Folgenden nochmals die Erkenntnisse zur Arbeitswelt der Zukunft und die absehbaren Veränderungen dargestellt. In den Fokus rücken Bildung und Qualifikation, die neben Arbeitsbereich und Branche als Faktoren wesentlich sind für die Fragestellung, welche Berufe durch Technik ersetzbar sein werden. Abschließend wird kurz auf das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen und die Vielfalt zukünftiger Arbeitsmodelle eingegangen.
