Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zunächst wird in diesem Kapitel auf die allgemeinen Veränderungen in der Arbeitsumwelt eingegangen. Mit diesem Basiswissen sind die zukünftigen Arbeitswelten einzelner Branchen, die an späterer Stelle näher beschrieben werden, besser zu verstehen. Veränderungen in der Arbeitswelt ergeben sich nicht unabhängig, sie sind vielmehr eine Folge von Veränderungen der Arbeitsumwelt. Analog beeinflussen Veränderungen in der Arbeitswelt auch die Arbeitsumwelt, sodass eine gegenseitige Beeinflussung besteht. Die Arbeitsumwelt lässt sich aus einer unternehmerischen Perspektive in eine Makroumwelt (Wirtschaft, Recht, Technik, Gesellschaft und Natur) und eine Mikroumwelt (Kund*innen, Lieferanten und Wettbewerber) untergliedern. In beiden Bereichen spielen durch die Digitalisierung hervorgerufene Veränderungsprozesse eine große Rolle. Ergänzend sind auch nicht-digitale Veränderungen zu beachten, die wiederum mit der Digitalisierung in einem wechselseitigen Verhältnis stehen.
