Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine wichtige Grundlage des Personaleinsatzes ist die zeitliche, räumliche, qualitative und quantitative Zuordnung der Mitarbeiter im Gesundheitsbetrieb zu den einzelnen Stellen und den damit verbundenen Arbeitsaufgaben: Wer macht im Gesundheitsbetrieb was, wieviel, wann und wo? Der Personaleinsatz bezweckt somit die Mitarbeitenden des Gesundheitsbetriebs zu organisieren, anforderungsgerecht und ihren Fähigkeiten entsprechend einzusetzen, die Arbeit zeitlich zu gestalten und die Arbeitsplätze und -räume anspruchsgerecht auszustatten.
