Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während man lange Zeit davon ausging, dass Arbeitskräfte eine starke Hand brauchen, die ihnen klare Ziele und den Weg dorthin vorgibt, so berücksichtigen zeitgemäße Ansätze der Personalführung, dass auch gewisse Freiheiten und selbstständiges Handeln durchaus effizienter zu den gesteckten Zielen führen können. Die Anerkennung derartiger Leistungserfolge ermöglicht eine breitere Perspektive auf die Führung, indem sie Wertschätzung und damit den Interaktionsprozess zwischen Führenden und Mitarbeitenden sowie ihre Bedeutung für den gesundheitsbetrieblichen Erfolg stärker in den Vordergrund rückt.
