Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wesentliches Ziel des Working Capital-Management ist die Verbesserung des Cashflow. Auf dem Weg dorthin helfen KPIs, in den relevanten Prozessen den Puls zu fühlen und zielorientiert zu regeln. Gutes Working Capital-Management schlägt sich schließlich in der Cashflow-Rechnung des Unternehmens nieder. Nachfolgend werden einschlägige KPIs sowie die Methoden der Cashflow-Rechnung und ihre Verwendungsschwerpunkte dargestellt.
