Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es klingt zunächst banal: Wer unterschiedliche Instrumente in seinem Werkzeugkasten hat und beherrscht, kann unterschiedliche Problemstellungen zielgerechter maßgeschneidert angehen. Wer dagegen nur einen Hammer besitzt und als Werkzeug kennt, für den ist jedes Problem ein Nagel. Es ist sicher nicht zweckmäßig, den Werkzeugkasten mit vielen und dann wenig benutzten Instrumenten vollzustopfen. Das richtige Augenmaß ist vonnöten für eine möglichst knapp-überschaubare, dafür aber effiziente Auswahl. Bei der in der weiteren Folge dargestellten Auswahl lassen wir uns von unseren Projekterfahrungen im Working Capital-Management leiten.
